These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in One World Fund, LLC ("OWF"), a Georgia-registered for-profit membership company. By enrolling as a member, you agree to abide by these Terms, which outline your rights, responsibilities, and participation obligations. Membership is voluntary and governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Purpose of Membership

The purpose of One World Fund, LLC is to provide members the opportunity to participate in a voluntary community contribution model. When a registered member becomes deceased, each active member contributes one dollar ($1) to be distributed to the family of the deceased member. All contributions are voluntary and not guaranteed, and OWF is not an insurance provider or charitable organization.

Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged eighteen (18) to seventy (70) years of age who are of sound mind, capable of understanding these Terms, and able to read and acknowledge the membership declaration. Membership fees are non-refundable and are used to support operational costs and platform maintenance.

Voluntary Participation

Participation in One World Fund, LLC is voluntary. Members understand that all contributions are community-based and may fluctuate depending on active membership volume. No member is entitled to a fixed payout or guaranteed benefit. One World Fund, LLC, facilitates the contribution process but does not promise or guarantee any financial outcome.

Non-Insurance Disclaimer

One World Fund, LLC does not sell insurance, issue policies, or operate under any insurance framework. Membership participation does not constitute an insurance contract or charitable donation. Funds are shared voluntarily among members at the time of a member's passing.

Electronic Agreements and Signatures

By enrolling online, checking the acceptance box, or clicking "I Agree," members consent to these Terms electronically in compliance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. §§7001–7031) and the Georgia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA, O.C.G.A. §10-12).

Payment Processing
