Membership Agreement

Introduction

This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between One World Fund, LLC ("OWF"), a Georgia limited liability company, and the undersigned member ("Member"). By joining One World Fund, LLC, you agree to the terms, responsibilities, and acknowledgments set forth below. Membership participation is voluntary and governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Purpose of Membership

One World Fund, LLC, provides members the opportunity to participate in a voluntary community contribution model. When a registered member becomes deceased, each active member contributes one dollar ($1.00) to support the family of the deceased member. The purpose of this membership is to create a compassionate and unified network that honors each member's life through community support.

Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and no older than seventy (70) years of age at the time of enrollment. Members must be of sound mind, able to read and understand this Agreement, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. Membership is subject to approval and may be revoked for violation of these terms.

Annual Membership Fee

One-Time Annual Fee: $200.00

A one-time annual membership fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) is required to activate and maintain membership. This fee is non-refundable and supports administrative, technological, and operational costs of the organization.

Monthly Contribution Billing

$1.00 per deceased member, billed monthly

At the end of each calendar month, One World Fund, LLC will calculate the total number of deceased members for that month. Each active member will then be billed one dollar ($1.00) per deceased member as a single consolidated monthly contribution. This monthly billing process ensures efficiency, transparency, and simplicity for all participants.

Voluntary Participation and Non-Insurance Disclaimer

Participation in One World Fund, LLC is voluntary. All contributions are community-based and not guaranteed or provide contractual benefits. One World Fund, LLC does not provide insurance or operate as an insurer. Membership does not create an insurance policy, charitable trust, or investment product.

Data Privacy and Communication

Tax and Legal Compliance

Membership fees and contributions are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible. Members are responsible for any personal tax implications related to participation.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved under Georgia jurisdiction.

Electronic Consent

By checking the acceptance box or signing electronically, the Member consents to the terms of this Agreement. This consent is valid under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. §§7001–7031) and the Georgia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA, O.C.G.A. §10-12). Members agree that electronic acknowledgment constitutes a legally binding signature.

Member Acknowledgment

By enrolling in One World Fund, LLC, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Membership Agreement. I understand that participation is voluntary, that One World Fund, LLC is not an insurance company, and that contributions are community-based acts of support.

Updates to This Policy

OWF reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website, and members will be notified electronically when significant changes occur.
